We also find high value in educating the customer; for the do-it-yourself homeowners, or even the under-experienced applicators, if they don't know how to properly prepare the substrate or apply the product it will quite likely fail. My experience in the field is limited, so it is most helpful to hear from professionals like yourself with a lot hands-on experience. I think the more we all work together, the more we can improve the log home industry and keeps its value and reputation high. Thanks again!

Doug, I wanted to thank you Chico and Big E for the fantastic job you did on my log cabin. You and your crew went above and beyond in everything you did. I'm not used to that, seems like most people only do the very minimum now days, but you folks put forth an extra effort in every area. Watching Chico and Big E even prompted me to give them the bonus money...and it's been a loooooong time since I've wanted to give anyone that worked on my house a bonus.
The cabin looks great and I know it's sealed up much better than it was before ya'll worked on it. The finish will keep us weather proofed for a good while now and ya'll will definately be the ones to come back when more work is needed. I will be recommended ya'll to friends for sure.
Dick joins me in thanking you for the excellent job you did restoring our log cabin, barn, deck and boat dock at Lake Gaston. From proposal to completion, we were most pleased with every aspect of your professional performance. You certainly chose an appropriate name when you chose “ Taskmasters”, for you truly take your tasks to heart and master them. I just loved being with both of you and I know we will always remain friends. You were so dear to bring me lunch! The chili was the best I’ve ever tasted.
Take care both of you, and stay dry! Come see us either at the lake or at home.
